7193 MAUREEN CRESCENT

Fabulous Family home in a great neighbourhood! A short walk to transit, parks and trails, Burnaby North High School and Kensington Plaza, and a short bus trip to SFU or downtown Vancouver. This bright 1965 home with central AC, refinished hardwood floors and updated kitchen is in prime Lochdale Urban Village Location; an SSMUH area for up to 6 units. It''s a great place to raise your family and hold for development later. The large, usable, gently sloping, partially fenced lot gets lots of light, and the ample sundeck with Eastern and Southern exposure was renovated a few years ago with vinyl, railings and supports. The basement has a separate entry through the carport, and there is even a wet bar. These owners have enjoyed this home since 1974! Now it could be yours! Don''t hesitate!
