Rental prices in Metro Vancouver have increased for the fourth consecutive month, with the average price of a one-bedroom unfurnished apartment increasing by $51 from June to July. Prices have risen year-over-year as well, with an increase of $352 since July 2022. All of the top five most expensive cities for renters in Canada are located in Metro Vancouver, with West Vancouver being the most expensive with an average rent of $2,910 per month.
