Vancouver housing: Cost to rent an apartment in July 2023

Rental prices in Metro Vancouver have increased for the fourth consecutive month, with the average price of a one-bedroom unfurnished apartment increasing by $51 from June to July. Prices have risen year-over-year as well, with an increase of $352 since July 2022.
